We Accept:

Private Pay

Many families choose to pay for care out-of-pocket using personal funds.
Did you know? In-home care is often more affordable than many people expect—especially when compared to assisted living or facility-based care. We’ll help you create a plan that fits your budget.

Medicaid

Medicaid is a joint federal and state program that helps people of all ages access healthcare services. It can cover in-home and personal care support, especially for those with limited income.

Grand Forks County Block Grant

This funding is available through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, supporting individuals in Grand Forks, Nelson, Pembina, and Walsh counties with services that help them remain safely in their homes.

Long-Term Care Insurance

Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance may cover a wide range of services, including home health care and personal assistance. If you or your loved one has an active policy, we’re happy to work with you and your provider to coordinate care.

Family Caregiver Support Program

We collaborate with North Dakota’s Family Caregiver Support Program to provide resources and services for unpaid caregivers—family members or friends caring for an adult with functional disabilities or memory challenges.

Vocational Rehabilitation

We partner with North Dakota Vocational Rehab to support individuals with disabilities in building skills, gaining independence, and receiving services that align with their employment and daily living goals.

Medicare

While Medicare doesn’t cover all in-home care services, it may assist with certain medical needs or work in tandem with supplemental plans. Here’s a quick overview:

  • Medicare Part A – Hospital, skilled nursing, hospice, and limited home health

  • Medicare Part B – Doctor services, outpatient care, medical supplies

  • Medicare Part C – Medicare Advantage (includes Part A + B coverage, often with drug plans)

  • Medicare Part D – Prescription coverage

  • Medigap – Supplemental coverage to help pay for things Medicare doesn’t
