Residential Habilitation
Residential Habilitation
What It Involves: 24/7 support for individuals living in a home setting outside of their family’s residence.
Services: Assistance with daily routines, safety, hygiene, meal prep, medication reminders, and life skill development.
Goal: To provide a stable, supportive home environment that promotes independence, responsibility, and community living.
Independent Habilitation
Independent Habilitation
What It Involves: In-home services for individuals who live independently but benefit from extra support to stay successful.
Services: Skill-building for household management, budgeting, meal planning, personal care, and social navigation.
Goal: To maintain and grow independent living skills in a safe and empowering way.
Day Habilitation
Day Habilitation
What It Involves: Structured, goal-oriented activities during the day—either at home or in the community.
Services: Life skill training, communication practice, wellness routines, social interaction, and community exploration.
Goal: To increase independence, confidence, and meaningful daily participation.
